"We stayed for a long weekend in order to visit our daughter. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. Emily was a great host. Communicated well and was super helpful. Some great hints snd tips about places to eat etc. The location is perfect. Right near St Andrews and within walking distance of the Cathedral and the city centre.We love Norwich and now have a great place to stay when there."

"Lovely modern annex, nice decor and plenty of space. Although when we arrived, the beds hadn’t been made due to an issue with the owners calendars so we had to wait 30 mins after driving nearly 4 hours. Who ever is upstairs can be heard loudly in the apartment all through the night. No controls for the central heating so had to use electric heaters, sensor controlled bathroom lights randomly come on during the night. Both showers are wet rooms so once you’re showered and dressed, you can’t use...

Down to the lack of basic kitchen items (coffee maker, salt/pepper, sharp knife) and the cheapest hangers imaginable (that don't have hooks, so you can't steal them--as if!), and pillows that were ancient and barely pancake-thick, and a hair dryer that faintly hummed (where did they find such poor items?), it was a sub-par experience. "This property is a hidden gem. It’s clean, well presented, decorated to a high standard. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Plenty of storage space. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and equipment in the kitchen to make your stay a home from home. It’s all within a short walk from the city centre and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the showing street. "We had wonderful communication with Emily before our arrival. Her check in details were precise and clear to follow. We had asked about an ironing board and Emily had very kindly left one outside the apartment the next morning. The apartment is situated in a small, gated complex with a dedicated parking stall for the unit. We were really happy with the size of the apartment and the closeness to downtown. It was quiet and peaceful. We were there for 9 days and had some great sunny periods....
