"The property is new and a great option if you are in Colmar. My only negative experience was with staff ordering ‘taxis’. On 2 occasions the taxis arrived and were clearly just local people with a car. No issue with that concept - except their charges were exorbitant…. Double or more than what we paid to a labeled taxi. Uber and Bolt are extremely rare, so taxi the only viable option. My advice - order your own and don’t ask for the front desk assistance. "

"The hotel is beautiful in a fabulous location. The staff were helpful and the hotel including rooms was kept spotless. This is a 16th century building, so it’s not very disable friendly. There is also no lifts in this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re able bodied. The location is perfect."

"Really nice hotel but let down by terrible wifi in the room which we found extremely frustrating! We are on a road trip and getting annoyed with hotel’s advertising air conditioning and then you can’t use it. Fridge not turned on so why have one? Overall a disappointing stay. "

"This is my preferred hotel in the Alsace. I have stayed here several times. Rooms 105 and 108 overlook the villages church. Rooms 116 (perfect for 3) or 117 overlook the vineyards and Chateau Haute Koenigsburg. The service is impecable. I can walk to the town’s restaurants through the hotel’s garden. "
