"Arrived by bicycle which was securely housed. Breakfast & tax was extra. The glass door to the shower wet room seemed impractical to us. The kettle was appreciated. The restaurant was popular on the night we stayed. Breakfast was very good. "

"Breathtaking location. Clean rooms. The prices at the hotel restaurant are a little confusing as their is a fixed-price menu and supplements for “à la carte” dishes which do not seem to correspond to the prices listed on the paper menu. The food was enjoyable."

We were on our way to our wedding and despite the fact that we told them so, they never congratulated (we were even wearing wedding t-shirts) and gave us a room facing a massive pipe. Terrible. "This was the first stop after 600 miles driving only to find the hotel locked up. I had seen that the Restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday (from their own website, but not Hotels.com) one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, but did not expect the Hotel to be closed. "Very old building but has charm. Loved opening the windows and shutters. All clean and owners helpful. Food, very, very good. "

"Unfortunately although we had planned to stay overnight in Turckheim, our usual hotel had to close for emergency work, so this booking was a last minute decision. Although the location was right, we felt that the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom was clean but rather threadbare, with no extractor fan although it was in the corner of the bedroom. Parking was extremely difficult, and we had some distance to access the hotel carrying our luggage. We could not leave anything in the car...
