When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "Although the room was a supposed to be superior, it was quite small and cramped. The mini bar made a lot of noise. The evening was unseasonably warm and it was very hot in the room. Opening the window was not a great option since the hotel is located on a busy roundabout. Too warm, too cramped, too noisy…"
