"We enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn. Their front office staff are great but Serena is amazing. Any question I had she answered thoroughly and she anticipated our next leg and had samples waiting for us to choose the trains we liked best and their departure times. It made it so easy to book the correct train and time. I asked if there was ice and she said no but got a bag of ice for us each day we were there. She went above and beyond everyday and never tired of us asking questions. She is a huge benefit to Holiday Inn. Her outstanding service makes me want to stay there every time we go to Switzerland. "
