"This hotel is beautiful. We celebrated a birthday trip for my daughter and myself, along with our family. Unfortunately the pool water was fairly cold. Since advertising, you have heat controlled pools, we were disappointed since we chose this resort for swimming. Most people were jumping out of the pool after stepping in and stating the same. The hotel was great and we were allowed a late checkout to try the pool again, but unfortunately, we mostly kept to the hot tub. I think this is a 5 star...

"I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. The rooms were absolutely fantastic, clean and spacious. The decor was classy and tasteful and I did not encounter a single staff member (including the Valets) who were anything less than pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Room service was prompt, curtious and the food was spectacular. If you like steak, order the ‘Hangar Steak’, you won’t be disappointed.
