"Enjoyed our two night stay. Check in and out was seamless. All staff members were pleasant and responsive. The breakfast had several selections and the dining area was clean. Location of the hotel is close numerous places for dining. "

"Our family of 4 stayed for a long weekend. It was a great time, we all enjoyed the pool and chickens. The house is a cute, older home but well maintained. We would definitely stay again. "

Delicious free breakfast, comfortable beds, great amenities. Hotel Gibbs is truly a hidden gem! I will be exclusively staying here every time I visit San Antonio from now on. "

"Overall it was a good stay. My only issue is that there was long, black, almost curly, hair on my bathroom floor and on some of the bathroom towels. There were a few on my bed as well. Housekeeping and laundry staff should be required to wear hair nets. "

"Loved that it was a unique older small hotel. The room was beautifully styled. Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get in my room until 4pm. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Bar closed. Restaurant limited hours. I wasn’t able to enjoy my VIP perk of a free drink. I suggest let the free drink be something from the fridge in the room if bar and restaurant are closed. Staff were friendly. I would stay again."
