"Friendly and helpful staff, great meal selection and efficient. Would recommend. Observation for wheelchair users or anybody needing wider doors, etc - doors slightly narrow and some areas are lacking space; do-able but just be mindful."

"Eigentlich war alles OK, jedoch hat eines der beiden Fenster nicht ganz geschlossen, so dass etwas Lärm in der Nacht herein dringen konnte. Beim Frühstück störte es sehr, dass dort andere Gäste telefonierten! Hier hat die Hotelleitung versagt, da diese die Gäste, welche in Ruhe frühstücken möchten, nicht vor den rücksichtslosen Telefonierern schützt. Telefonieren während des Frühstücks sollte dringend unterbunden werden!!!"

"Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr modern. Das Bett bequem, nur die Kissen eine Zumutung :( sie bestanden nur noch aus kleinen Klümpchen. Das Personal im italienischen Restaurant war super und das Essen sehr lecker. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Frühstücksraum war für den Andrang nicht ausgelegt. Man stand überall an und freie Tische gab es kaum. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen lecker. "

"Review the details before arrival, and consider calling ahead. The front desk may not be manned after hours and you have to call to get checked in - all was good once I figured out how to call them from a US cell phone. If you're driving and arriving late, the parking garage may have limited access - again, call ahead to verify things. Everyone was super helpful, and everything worked out great. "We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "
