"Lovely as usual but... the wellness area was not working before 6pm on both evenings and was going to be the same on the last day too. This is a serious lack of amenities for the same price. Then my room key failed on 3 separate times. Meaning that i was locked out of my room with my partner in her pyjamas. Luckily we had friends in the next room. That said the staff were excellent, breakfast was good, beds comfy and clean rooms, with the hotel in a good position."

Room needs some adjustments, velux window was partly open on arrival and wouldn’t fully shut. Limited amount of plugs especially for the kettle (very random).
