"Location is great in terms of railway station, however sadly the area is not particularly attractive and home to lots of homeless and drug users. The hotel inside is good, with all the usual amenities, and very friendly staff."

"The issue was key card at the door. Needed that fix and unfortunately I can’t hear if I need a help and I had to went forth and back. I am deaf. Overall the reception is friendly. "

"Always enjoy a stay at malmaison, suites are lovely and spacious, never stayed in standard rooms. Dinner options are relatively limited but there is always enough choice and the food doesn’t disappoint. Breakfast also good. Both continental and hot choices if you want to pay a little extra and all cooked fresh. Bar tends to be that little bit quieter on a Friday evening so preferable for us to a Saturday evening! Another great stay, we’ll definitely be back yet again soon. "
