"The hotel is new so it is clean and fresh. The location is not great for a holiday. It would be ok for business. Breakfast was ok. Service was terrible. Very few staff could speak English. People at reception were rude and unfriendly, a smile and some basic respect doesn’t cost anything. Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. "Very new ally built resort, beautiful rooms. Staff were helpful but some were poorly trained (new hotel?). This resort still has areas that are unfinished, such as the G Club, the villas and other amenities. It is also far (1.5 hour drive) from Sanya City. Not much to do or eat in this area...you’ll basically be stuck at the resort."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking."
