"Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well."

Also had a problem when checking in, as they were refusing to honour breakfast, even though it was clearly included in the reservation. "Very new ally built resort, beautiful rooms. Staff were helpful but some were poorly trained (new hotel?). This resort still has areas that are unfinished, such as the G Club, the villas and other amenities. It is also far (1.5 hour drive) from Sanya City. Not much to do or eat in this area...you’ll basically be stuck at the resort."
