The pool and gym was well equipped and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional with a huge variety of choices. "Great Value. Impressive hotel. Built in 2002 as a 5 Star it is showing its years and the 5th star is a bit shakey. Staff are great with a stand out team member on most shifts. Download Google Translate before you go. Short walk to Aeon Shopping Plaza. Across the road (pedestrian tunnel) from Metro station. 10 minute walk to a small plaza of restaurants down Kouan Ave. Not really a tourist district. Were there primarily on business. Very clean - Great Service - Would stay there again."
