Their service is very good as the concierge team was very helpful to guide us as visitors on not just directions but the ways of China such as ordering items through their Meituan app or booking cars using DiDi (like Uber but in China). "Convenience: Even Hotel is easily accessable from Hong Kong with Eebus stops right at the entrance of the hotel. Staff: All staff we met are all very polite, helpful & hardworking. The young guy whom we ordered the welcoming drink from is very likeable and helpful. Special mention is the restaurant in-charge Mr Will Chen (陈振伟）who is very pleasant & helpful, ever ready to serve us with smile & sincerity. He made our days there every morning. Decor: We love the interior design of the hotel. It is elegant & pleasing to our eyes. We like our room decor very much. The color scheme, the matching & well-designed furniture. Above all, the thoughtfulness of providing yoga equipments, gym ball & stretch band for guests to work out inside the room. We have no hesitation to stay in Even Hotel again when we visit Zhongshan again."

"I booked a Luxury Double Room but was given a Multi double room. The multi double room is old and unwelcoming. I had to approach the unfriendly lady receptionist to confirm my booking. After checking she reassigned my room to the 25th floor, which is the luxury double room. Need to remind receptionist that I had breakfast included in my room rate. Chinese breakfast is very simple but tasty. Free transport to train station every half hour. There r few restaurants next to hotel. Easy to take DIDI from Guangzhou airport to hotel. Approx 200 yuan. Front of hotel name shows Days and not Azure View. "
