"Mi hija tuvo un accidente en la piscina, que creo que se hubiera podido evitar si los bordes de la piscina fueran diferentes, aún así el personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo el proceso para que mi hija tuviera asistencia médica. Desayuno y restaurante excelente Habitaciones muy limpias Elevadores un poco confusos y con olor a humedad. "

"I am happy with my stay at the megapolis hotel. I was right across from megapolis mall which has all the stores and shopping experience needed. Everything was very close and the view was excellent. The breakfast was not so great but that’s just based on my personal preference. The staff was lovely and friendly."

"This hotel is in a pretty location, but quite far outside of the center of Panama City, and about 40 minutes from the airport. Fairly convenient for visiting the canal or Soberania national park, but not for anything else. Two nice pools, though the water was a bit cloudy. Beds and rooms were comfortable, with nice views over the jungle, and we really enjoyed the walking tour of the butterfly garden and frog farm. Staff was friendly. The less good stuff: food options are extremely limited....

"I stayed at this hotel during a one-week solo trip to Panama and overall had a great experience. The staff were friendly and I was immediately greeted at the door upon arrival. The bellman was very attentive and eager to assist with my bags. Check-in was smooth and the room was exactly what I wanted (1 BR Suite with a city view). There were minor inconveniences I noticed but nothing that was make or break. My mini fridge was not working, and when I notified the front desk, it was replaced...
