"Excellent in every way. Very clean, modern & comfortable rooms. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel is next to the bus station & tram station & a great location for San Mames football stadium. We were in the city for the Europa League game. A lovely city with lovely people & very inexpensive. "

"This was my 4 th stay at this hotel. It is convenient and easily located. Parking is good and the metro is nearby. The staff are terrific and helpful. The lobby area and restaurant are very modern and nice looking. I highly recommend it. "

"We really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, great rooftop bar. Only downside was the wifi--terrible service. In our five day stay, we were only able to get wifi service one of the days. They really need to upgrade it as I'm sure it's frustrating for business travelers (we were touring most of the time so it was an inconvenience while we were in the room.) Otherwise, friendly front desk staff, great service in the bar/restaurant. All in all, a good experience, but fix the wifi."
