"It was a cool hotel with a gym and plenty of dining options available in the same building! The staff were helpful and gave us some pointers on how to take the public commute. The only small suggestion we had was to renew some of the lamps, which may start to look old. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. "

"When we booked at Hotels.com, we booked the Luxury Family Suite for 3 people. When we checked in at the hotel, we were given a Monopoly game room which is a room with a giant monopoly floor instead of any seating/sofa or luggage racks. We tried to exchange to a different room, but the front desk kept telling me this is the room I booked and refused to switch. "The service was excellent. Room comes with happy hour lounge access (6-10pm). When we stayed there, we used the lounge over three nights. Each time a staff, Yuan Yuan, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly to not only my daughter but also other children as well. Really made the difference. My recommendation is for the hotel to relook at the breakfast. Other than the porridge, most of the other offerings are either average or below average. "An amazing stay, would give 11/10 if possible! We only stayed 2 nights for a wedding and wish we stayed more. The hotel itself is stunning and the customer service was incredible. The room had remote controlled Toto toilets, marble shower and bathroom, incredible views of the city from both the bedroom and bathroom with the ability to close the curtains. "This is a very nice hotel just a 5-10 minute walk from the airport, perfect for early morning flights. The only thing I disliked was that the sink is an island in the room with no mirror. It's artistic but it made shaving a challenge. "

"Booked this hotl for the final day of a business trip to make use of the pool and relax for a bit before the long flight home. The hotel price was very reasonable and the room was great. Large and clean with super shower and comfortable bed/pillows. Staff were amazing and location is great. Highly recommended. "

"Hotel is very close to Capital park MRT station only 1 minute walk. Quiet and even walk to Formosa station or Liohue night market is only 14 minutes or just 1 station apart. Breakfast is not buffet style but very tasty and different each day. The hotel offer yeti snack times and filling. You can skip dinner. "

"The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells."

"Stayed at the Silks Club for 3 nights with family. We all loved the modern, clean and spacious rooms with very attentive and helpful staffs. The location is good too - a short walk to shopping malls and restaurants. The only minor issue was noise - it was a little bit noisy on Friday night outside the hotel till 10pm or so. "
