The hotel is ideally situated right next to the pier, convenient for exp;oring the area. Easy access to public transport . however the hotel itself is showing its age and could use some maintenance.

I like their location. It is very convenient. The room is comfortable and quiet. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. Only thing needs to improve is the cleanliness.

I am not sure if it’s because it was an event in kao that weekend but it was second floor room and no upgraded. The discount offered for food and beverage only works for the hotpot restaurant so if you don’t use that option is like no discount. I thought it could be used for all the food and beverage options so it was disappointed. Compared from few years ago that I stayed (the hotel next door but breakfast was on same place) breakfast was notably poor options available compared from before….the locations is good and the room is spacious but not sure if I would stay again…

The price is unbeatable. We have corner room, it looks better than I imaging. I get to see sunset from my room even though it’s just a city view room. Breakfast is fine for vegetarian because they mark it very clearly.
