"Staff were really welcoming and accommodating. Our room was ready early which we were so thankful for after a very long and stressful travel day and night. The rooftop pool is really nice and a great place to relax. The beds are very firm but this seemed to be a trend at almost every hotel we stayed at in Peru. "

"We only stayed here two nights, but it was a great stay. The hotel is not very large and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The room was nice and provided plenty of space and we chose the king size bed, which was excellent. It also had air conditioning, which made the sleeping at night better, but the unit was a bit noisy, so we just cooled the room prior to sleeping. The bathroom was good size and we had no issues with hot water or water pressure. We also were provided with regular size towels, as the ones in Cusco were on the smaller size. Our room also offered a kettle and some cups, so we were able to make our own tea in the room. This was a nice touch for us. We had to get the sugar from the dining room downstairs. "
