Each time I'd email the company asking to reserve a spot. Instead of confirming the company would wait several weeks then send the same message again. I spent $30 on cell phone add ons trying to contact someone while traveling. I was told to call back, I'd call and they'd make me call back again. A simple, that's an automatic reply would...
