Short stay
I booked a room. It was perhaps not really cozy, but clean and comfortable. As I was backpacking, th hotel was quite far away from the city center of Arles, but there were busses. And I also walked a lot.

Cheap but broken beds and mould.
Broken bed and mould in the corners. This hotel has seen better days for sure. Cheap, and kind of what to expect when not paying more.

get what you pay for.
All was OK for the price. The room was not cleaned, prepared for new occupants. We walked into the room and the bed was not made, had been slept in. Had to wait after checkin till the room was cleaned and new/clean bed linens were put on the bed. Guess they check us in to early ; but it was after checkin time.

Surbooking a la reception et de surcroit chambre attribuée non nettoyee pas de serviettes,lit non fait salle de bain sale ainsi que les equipements.le personnel etait désemparé.

Première et dernière dans cet hôtel
Réservation faite pour une chambre avec un grand lit, car dans le choix des options, soit trois lits ou deux lits ou un grand lit. Nous préférons un grand lit pour ne pas se cogner la tête avec celui superposé. Il nous est donné une chambre avec trois lits, bof, bof. L'hôtel est très vétuste et mal entretenu, cependant relativement propre. Loe monsieur à l'accueil fait son possible. Il serait bon de spécifier que les serviettes ne sont pas changées et que les chambre ne sont pas faites entre deux nuits.

Très vetuste
Hôtel très délabré, le volet roulant ne fermait pas, les mur étaient tachés, le son brûlé et la porte d'entrée était extrêmement difficile à fermer. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Bilan global, pas trop cher mais cela ne vaut pas plus. Juste pour dormir cela peut suffire aux moins regardant. Rénovation à envisager

Il y a pire mais il y a bien mieux….
Le personnel a l’écoute et très réactif par contre l’hôtel en lui même au secours … porte qui ne se ferme pas correctement, fenêtre qui ne peut pas s’ouvrir car coincée, chauffage posé à même le sol car décroché du mur de la rouille sur les parois de douche barrière du lit enfant cassée et tenue grâce a du scotch moustiques écrasés sur les murs et donc non nettoyés 2 serviettes à notre arrive dont une encore mouillée nous étions 3 donc obligé d’en demander des supplémentaires problème de robinetteries soit pas d’eau chaude soit de l’eau brûlante avec aucune pression vous relevez le pommeau de douche au dessus de votre tête et il n’y a plus que de l’eau froide en petit filet bref une nuit pour dépanner mais pas plus

La chambre dans un état lamentable par contre les draps étaient propres J’ai été éveillé à 6:30 du matin, j’ai pas ouvert la porte, j’ai demandé qui s’était il m’a dit la réception, le temps que je regarde par la fenêtre y’avait personne par contre j’ai signalé à la réception
