"All staff encountered were polite and courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate special requests. The property itself is excellent with plenty of space, but above all very quiet. The restaurant food was also excellent with a reasonabke variety to choose from. The only suggestion I would offer is to have tea or coffee facilities in the bedrooms for convenience. "

"The room was clean and spacious. It is a fairly convenient location to the tram and main roads to grab a taxi. The furniture (like the dressing cabinet) is a bit wobbly. If you book with Expedia, make sure you are clear about what is covered and what you paid ahead. When we got there, we were asked to pay an extra hotel fee that was not mentioned anywhere in their pricing. They said it is like a city/property fee that we had to pay per day and per person (including kids - and we learned that...

"The staff is very friendly and the sky cafe at the top floor has great food and also a friendly staff. There is parking in the hotel and that was very convenient. The main concern was the smell of the bathroom. I’m hoping that can be fixed. Otherwise it was a nice experience. "

"Suite was set up nicely. Property is close to the mall and taxis. I would have given an excellent review except there were no towels and the shower was leaking. Was a beautiful room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. "
