"Underrated property due to its location. Rooms are large with a small kitchen, bathroom with tub and a large TV. Dining is limited to breakfast but room service is available. Shuttle service is good to get to the shopping mall or the waterfront. Town is too quiet with not much to do. If you have a car, Pattaya is a half hour drive south."

"Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. "Pros: Great supportive staff, very kind and welcoming, felt comfort. Cons: Bathroom 3/5. Floor 2/5. Pool 2/5. Biggest flaw: BUGS! Had to be changed to 3 different rooms before actually having a room without critters! They were all over the floor, bathroom sink, by the fridge, even some on the bed! I was itching by the 2nd room! I am thankful the staff understood after I showed videos but the stay itself has promise. And the look fits the profile. But 2nd and 3rd 4th check up should be on...
