"The property was a good place to stay for easy access to Geneva in a quiet back street. From arrival the service was great, and staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and offered the services expected for a hotel of this cost - comfortable beds, decent bathroom and hot drinks. The restaurant offered a good range of breakfast options. It was difficult to find the property parking, so used the nearby Parking Butini, and found it to be much cheaper."

"Room was nice but train alarm sounds kept waking me up. Normal train noise was tolerable except for alarm noises. Get room facing street if possible. Quick walk to tram and train station. Staff very friendly and helpful."
