It would have been better if there was temperature control in individual rooms- had to leave window open as the room was warm- this made the noise from the traffic, trams etc unbearable especially during the night "

I would say the minor issues could have been due to how old the building was- like the hand held shower not working, the bede in the washroom not releasing, the cupboard with motor getting stuck, the shower corner had some questionable dark matter which I think may be due to humidity or moisture.
