"The hotel has a great location. We had a very comfortable room although the heating was a little loud. The biggest disappointment was the cafe. I ordered a very hot latte, well they tried 3 times but just couldn’t do it. The pastries were not fresh, although they swear they were made fresh daily. All this trouble and everything is overpriced. A hotel of the calibre should beef up their quality to go along with the high prices."

"It was a nice property and the breakfast was really good. Although if you book through Expedia, they offer a $10 breakfast, which I paid but it did not show on any receipt and the Hotel did not see it either. That was a waste of additional fees. "

"The area around the Inn is amazing. Parking limited only 5 spaces. The room looked run down, dirty toilet brush, badly stained paint around the bathroom door framing, heater didn't work. For $650 a night with no breakfast included, beware this is not a B and B breakfast costs extra so it's a BWB bed without breakfast. No vanity products or tea/coffee in the room. Would not recommend staying here, poor value for money. "

"My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Stephanie even had a small Christmas tree that was lit when we first arrived! The location was perfect as we were so close to downtown and all of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely come back!! "
