"I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. One time it was for a whole week. I just love it. The staff is outstanding! So kind and so helpful! The “Bistro” restaurant on the lower floor is terrific. The waiting staff, again, so kind and helpful. The food is just delicious! The ambiance is as good as anything you would find in NYC or Miami. "I understand that nothing is perfect in life. When I arrived to the hotel there was someone behind the counter to assist me. I got signed in and off I went to my room. There was something missing in bathroom. I went to the front desk and they took care of the issue. It happens. It was quiet and convenient to go to the stores and restaurants. "I booked Holiday In at the last minute while in Panama i enjoyed my stay there. The property was clean and the staff was great. Easy access to the mall and Metro lots of other options like restaurants and bars were pretti close aswell. The breakfaast was ok but needed more options. Other than that its a lovely place to stay. I am definitely going back next time."

"Pasamos aquí nuestra noche de bodas y pensamos celebrar nuestro 1er aniversario de lo bien que nos fue. El personal nos hizo sentir en casa. Es un hotel situado en el Casco Antiguo de la ciudad y es muy rico caminar por los alrededores con muchos restaurantes, bares y museos. El desayuno del hotel estaba buenísimo, pedimos unos huevos benedictos y un bistec a caballo con tortillas. Todo estuvo delicioso! Al frente hay una iglesia y se escuchan las campanas. "
