"I stayed a week with my spouse and three adult children. The pool is very nice, there’s lots of room in the house, the beds are comfortable and the area feels very safe and convenient. The owner lives next door and the backyard is shared by the two houses. We were surprised certain items were unavailable (salt, pepper, sufficient amount of toilet paper). The hot tub isn’t hot (at least that was our understanding). Dishwasher remains broken (see previous traveller comment last February). Wifi was...

"We absolutely loved our stay in Gamboa! There were so many outdoor activities in the area and it was close to Panama City. The house was large with plenty of space for us to spread out or be together. The lower patio was a wonderful place to spend an afternoon in the hammock reading or watching the rain fall. Jorge and Omar were very responsive and provided us with whatever we asked for. Thank you Jorge!"

"We loved staying here! Jorge and Mercedes were SO prompt in their responses, and attentive to any questions we had. The building is easy to negotiate, from parking, to pool, to apartment. Good location, Immaculately clean, reasonably priced. I can't say enough about how perfectly this place worked for us. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Panama City!!"

"The address was a bit confusing for the taxi drivers; they should mention that it is within the “Villas de Cantabria” gated area. You’ll have to call to be let in through the gate upon first arrival. Other than that, great place. It’s close to a train station and a supermarket."

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The place was easy to find and Uber drivers had no difficulty finding it. The security guard was very nice and helpful. It was a good idea to get separate rooms becuz two queen beds in a hotel room would not have provided privacy and alone time. The kitchen was well-stocked. The neighborhood had a variety as far as the choices of cuisine. The EXTRA store was near by, too. I will return when I am back in Panama."

"Excelente para familias: una hermosa casa con un gran valor histórico de la época de la construcción del canal de Panamá. Aunque no hay acceso a toda la casa, los espacios eran amplios, acogedores y hermosamente decorados. Tener una cocina bien equipada y estar a 10 minutos de Albrook Mall en automóvil fue de mucha ayuda. Si no se cuenta con un vehículo propio puede ser un tanto complicado con el transporte."
