All of the staff were friendly and gracious, and I especially loved one of the bartenders, Nic I think, he was so fun and kind and attentive, and I loved chatting with him while having some wine and snacks. I loved Rapallo overall, so quaint and beautiful. I will be back! "

"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. "

My friend and I ate at the bar that evening and the food was tasty. The Hotel Continental was well-located for walks into town, as well as to Portofino and Rapallo. Finally, the staff were delightful - friendly and helpful. Sadly, we did not have time to use the brand new spa. Next time! I highly recommend the Hotel Continental. ...
