"Beautiful hotel in the heart of everything. On the water and popular avenue. Very clean and hotel staff were wonderful and always helpful. Beds were very comfortable. I stayed in the apartment style room. Bigger than i expected. I had the pleasure of staying there in November. If I had to find a fault, it was that the hotel changed the air conditioning to heat because of the time of year. I’m Canadian so I still found the temperature hot and could’ve used air condition for my full stay. Minor issue. It would be nice to control when I wanted heat or air conditioning. However opening the patio door helped cool it down. Just had to kill some flies "

"Although this was more than walking distance from city of Ponta Delgada it still was close enough to drive, bus, etc. There were shopping and dining options in and near the hotel. Staff at front desk and bar were great, and we enjoyed it here for our last day before our flight, and drove to city after check out before we flew home in the afternoon."

"Certainly could improve on the dull breakfast items and maybe move the coffee machine ( self help) where it is not so congested. Property is very beautiful and staff is outstanding and very helpful."
