"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely...

For areas of improvement, the parking situation could be improved to reduce stress at check-in, being that the hotel requires you to make a separate request to get parking, even though the description says that parking is available (but it is not actually available unless you know that you have to make the separate request in advance because otherwise it is “full”). "Amazing hotel. The staff was incredible. Every member was eager to please and they all went out if their way to help us with anything we needed. The front desk, the bar, the restaurant, breakfast- there are no nicer people in the world. Rooms were small but so clean. Bed was all white bedding and super comfy. Parking was a breeze and the garage was a fun sight to see for our kids. Close proximity to everything- the lake, shops, restaurants. The only issue I had is I wish we had stayed longer...

Really good bus service to Laguna or other places which is free with a Ticino card (available at the hotel) We went to Morcote village on the bus which is definitely worth a visit. "

"Staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the pool was great. Park Hotel Principe is a sister hotel to the much more elegant Park Hotel Leopold across the street. You should definitely walk over there and enjoy the view from the bar. Bar / Bistro is still very expensive but the view is awesome. "
