"The sink is in the middle of the room and was stinking. The smell could best be described as stool mixed with dry piss. We could not sleep all night. This hotel was supposed to be our resting spot on the way to Holland but we couldn’t get neither rest nor sleep. "

"Way finding signage throughout the city, made it easier to navigate once that was noticed. No on site parking, but there was a paid parking park about a block or two down. Key pad to enter the hotel at 9pm (so long as you have checked in initially). Location felt centrally located to all the shopping, resturants, bars and all the historical locations. "Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!"

"Our stay was Sat 26 Oct - 27 Oct not as above! A very convenient overnight stay on our way home from Southern Germany. Comfortable, clean and friendly. Two comments made about our overnight stay on our way to South Germany seemed to have been dealt with as we had the chance of an evening meal on arrival and fruit at breakfast the next day. We will stay there again next year as we have done for the past 10 or more years."

"The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. The rooms were great for the price and clean too, but very warm - they should be air-conditioned! We were refused a second fan.
