You get what you pay for
The hotel is in good conditions. For a 2 star I think it has everything it needs : nice rooms, WiFi, nice staff, elevator that works, hot water and nice a view.

As you can see Metz station just down the road from the hotel room, it is clearly well-located when travelling by train. The selected room was quite large and clean and tidy on arrival. Breakfast is a real bargain (especially compared with other hotels of a similar category) and had an excellent choice of drinks and breakfast foods and anything else you require can be found at the station

The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, he gave me valuable suggestions on my trips. He offered to keep my snacks in the fridge ( none at the room). The room has basic features, clean.

Une très grande déception suite à mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Au sein d'un établissement 2*, je m'attendais à une chambre sommaire mais propre. Cela n'a absolument pas été le cas. J'ai tout d'abord reçu les clefs de la chambre 305 dans laquelle j'ai pu retrouver une salle de bain sentant la moisissure avec des tâches noires sur le sol, une fenêtre coté lit ne fermant pas correctement (environ 2cm d'ouverture), un placard avec une étagère ne tenant plus en place.. Fort heureusement la réceptionniste de nuit, qui était d'une grande gentillesse, a pu me proposer une nouvelle chambre : la 306. Dans cette dernière, la surprise n'était pas meilleure. Certes la fenêtre fermait correctement mais c'était sans compter sur la poussière, la porte de la douche qui restait entrebâillée, le pommeau couvert de calcaire, l'accroche pour celui-ci cassée ! Il y avait également des traces de saleté sur le bidon de crème lavante pour les mains, toilettes pas parfaitement nettoyées (présence de poils), une toile d'araignée, un porte serviette à deux doigts de se décrocher du mur. Concernant le chambre en elle-même, la literie est d'un confort " passable" et j'ai pu retrouver de longs cheveux bruns à plusieurs endroits dans les draps couverture polaire. Cintres couverts de saleté sans parler de la télécommande tout simplement immonde tant elle était sale ! Du jamais vu. Grand effort d'hygiène à effectuer ! Je n'ai absolument pas pu me reposer correctement dans cet environnement.

Personal an der Rezeption waren super freundlich. Das Hotelzimmer an sich ist schlicht und für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Jedoch war unser Fenster nicht dicht, bzw. kaputt und somit etwas lauter in der Nacht. Das größte Übel war jedoch im Bad. Es war ein so unerträglicher Abflussgeruch, dass wir es kaum nutzen konnten. Länger als eine Nacht daher nicht auszuhalten.

Très bon hôtel bien situé
Très bon séjour au Bristol. Les employés sont charmants, la chambre propre et bien équipée - à part l’oreiller, trop fin à mon goût. La chambre donnait sur cour et était donc très calme. Petit-déjeuner très bien et copieux.
