"Friendly staff, very helpful and any concerns were acted on immediately. We were given double rooms even though only booked single rooms which was a nice bonus. There was a rubber bath non-slip mat in the wardrobe in the bedroom (strange place to be) which was breaking up and I let the hotel know on check out that I had placed it on top of the bin as needed to be thrown away and replaced with a new one. "Disappointing stay (Joss room) which was a shame as location was perfect for me. Shower was broken, was offered communal shower but on close inspection I decided not to use. Blind in room doesn’t close properly, lots of light coming in, very noisy fountain out front which you can still hear with windows closed. Very poor Wi-Fi.
