"Parking was easy and check in was smooth and efficient. The room was quite small but comfortable. Very comfortable bed which meant we slept well. We did have a problem with our key cards though. For some reason they worked once but then they wouldnt work again so we had to keep going to reception to get a new one. Breakfast was ok but we didnt have cooked. The spa was nice but there was nowhere to sit as all tbe loungers were being used. They could do with a few more seats really. The area around the poolside was extremely slippery. There were large pools of surface water as we walked around the pool and my husband actually slipped as we went in but luckily i caught his arm and stopped him from falling. It made me quite nervous after that. "

"A trip with the kids , honestly in the round this hotel visit was the best ive had ! and I travel a lot . The staff...all of them in all areas, room quality and hotel decoration and facilities were 10/10 really ."
