"Receptionists are friendly and helpful. When we checked in to the room we found out we can’t able to find the TV remote in the room so we made a call to reception. The hotel staff came in and asked can she have a look first just in case the remote is hiding somewhere else. After few mins, she was able to bring us the TV remote. Air conditioning in the room is adjustable and the next day early morning we got woken up by the garbage truck nearby and realised the window was opened. "

"Check in was very easy. Our room was upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The person at the front desk walked me to the room to show me which keys opened which doors and made sure we were happy with the room. It was definitely above and beyond. The building was older, but it’s England and it was to be expected. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Would definitely recommend. "

"I enjoyed my brief stay at St Mellion’s. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean and tastefully decorated for the festive period. The bed was huge and the bathroom had plenty of towels and handwash/shower gel etc. Although there weren’t many gluten free options on the restaurant menu, the staff were helpful and made me a GF steak and chips which was perfectly cooked. The cooked breakfast was all GF and a very generous portion. I would definitely stay again. "
