"Lovely apartment. Great location as there are wonderful bars and places to reach within a two min distance. The apartment was a great size and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Lovely and clean but stating to show signs of ware and tear. I was a little bit cautious of sitting on the furniture as I think the leg are not so strong and n need of replacing or repairing. "Superb apartment, situated on the Barbican which is in the middle of the action. The apartment has been renovated recently and is beautifully done. The only minor downside is it could do with a fan to keep cool at night. All in all it was perfect."

"This property is beautiful and located perfectly to watch the port and locals. The promenade is prefect for roller skating, skate boarding or bike riding and the view is just gorgeous. The property itself was surprisingly large with the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen in the basement which really helped cope with the warm weather, not to mention the history behind it. "We loved staying at the Colmer Estate. Comfortable, homely and with all the mod cons. The estate is stunning and the indoor pool was fantastic entertainment (we stayed for October half term). The location is brilliant for exploring Dartmoor, Dartmouth, Plymouth and Totnes, as well as Pennywell Farm and Crealy theme park.
