"Es una pena que una franquicia de estas ofrezca cuartos para 4 personas y el sofá cama esté en terrible estado. No se pudo dormir en él. Era incómodo y en pésimo estado. Y el staff del restaurante no fue nada simpático. Decepción!"

"Chosen as an economical night near the train station. However, the area is not great. Luckily, there is a tram to the center and basilica of St Anthony. The hotel is clean, but not as “grand” as it might have been decades ago when it got 4stars. "

"Hotel Roma is a grand old hotel. The thermal pools and spa staff were excellent. The hotel offers full board/half board - did offer choice on daily menus. Shopping near by the hotel. Parking in back. It is a bit dated but part of its 1920's charm. Pillows could be replaced (too flat) and gluten free diet mostly accommodated but an offer of bread/crackers would be appreciated. "
