However, the room was too warm, the aircon took a long time to cool it down and I couldn't leave it on overnight because it was too noisy. "Clean, smart, close to Britomart, shops, sky city, pleasant stay and accommodating when we turned up a little bit early. The only inconvenient thing was booking two rooms under one booking and each room being on separate floors, so we couldn’t go between rooms without getting someone to meet us at the stair door on each floor. We were only here one night, they possibly would have added the other floor to our room key for access if asked, but we weren’t there long enough. Otherwise perfect...

"Let’s start with the good stuff - room is neat and today, clean, and bathroom looked to be updated. Easy to get to the CBD and close proximity. Nice area around the hotel. Now with the not so good. The young woman at the front desk at checkin did not seem interested, happy, or in a good mood. She was a bit rude (something which I don’t see often in hospitality, especially hotels at check in)."
