"Our room was very warm when we arrived...had to have engineering come flip a switch inside the ceiling. He said the previous guests must have been too cold so they turned off the refrigerant..something about being the only way to deal with the room when it was too cold...due to miss use by guests. Once the air was corrected, we slept beautifully :)"

"Excellent option for a Stay in Buena Park and a good option for hotel if you're going to Disneyland : A 20 minute car ride or on this hotel's shuttle (unlike hotels around Disneyland which are way more expensive, most of the them old, where they charge you for parking, a tourist tax - amongst other things- ); staff is incredibly courtious, helpfull, rooms are very clean, easy access to all sorts of food chains, inside the hotel you can get last minute snacks, coffee, toiletries, etc. Very good...

"We stayed when we came in town to see a show at the Ice House. Extremely convenient for that and decent walking distance to Old Town Pasadena that is very walkable and a lot to do. The responsiveness of the staff has been quite poor. They do not answer the phone or emails. "

"We had an extended stay with our dog due to the fires. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We had a breakfast package which was very convenient. The room was nicely decorated and appointed, had a small fridge. TV was a SmartTV so we could log into our own NetFlix. We're very thankful we were able to stay here and would recommend it to anyone."
