"This is a nice townhome in a fun location. We likes having Target and a bowling alley right next door. The reason I only gave it three stars was because of the check-in process and how the house was stocked. The front door lock was broken, so the code wouldn’t work. We had to call the host and after a while he answered to let us in the garage. Also, there were four of us staying there, and only 3 towels in the whole house. There were disposable towels in a closet we were supposed to use, but...

"It’s very clean and has everything needed for a couple or family of 3. We appreciated the streaming apps and games provided. We felt safe inside the apartment and appreciated the parking place being secured. The only issues were external- the area didn’t feel safe enough to walk to a restaurant, there are very loud neighbors yelling all hours of the night and very loud birds gawking very early in the morning. "Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"We can't even get into the property. They gave me a passcode for the smart code lock,but there's not even a smart code lock on it. And someone are already in the property, that we don't want to knock the door for any trouble. We tried to call the phone number they gave me, and No one answer my call and text messages. So I have to call Hotels.com customer service to change a place to stay. Horrible experience! Horrible service! Never stay here again!"

"The place is nice, clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and the kitchen works well. Great neighborhood . The listing needs to be clear about where it is as we couldn't find it at night and had to call the host. Also the sprinklers are a real nuisance in the morning. You can't get around them. Overall a nice stay, would use it again."

"Just what we were hoping for. Super close to Disney, so we were able to avoid the headache of a rental car. Dealing with James was great and he accommodated several request for our group which really improved our experience even more. We will be staying here again next time we visit Disney. "
