"Everything is perfect. Very new hotel. Very clean room. Gym to exercise. Location is very convenient. Breakfast is way beyond expectation. The only thing is their laundry room hour is from 8am to 10pm. It typically take 2 hours for a washer and dryer cycle. When I go at 10:10 pm to get the clothes out from the dryer, the laundry room is already locked. I feel they can easily extend the hours for the laundry room to make it more convenient for the guests. Or maybe don't locked the room if there...

"The elevetor was small . The street sidewalk outside the hotel had broken pieces of it, was a challenge for an electric wheelchair. The room , the cleanliness and the staff all were satisfying"

"The hotel was convenient, a few minutes walk from the train station and to the airport. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had dinner at the restaurant. The service was good as was the food. It is a perfectly acceptable airport hotel."

"You could not get a better location. Less than 100 meters from Termini (the main train station and access to Metro A & B and the train to the airport) so you can get to any where in the city quickly and cheaply. The staff were great and the room and hotel overall were very clean. I would definetly stay here next time."

"Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with wonderfully helpful and kind staff, an incredible buffet breakfast (included) and a truly luxury feel! Within 3-6 blocks of some excellent restaurants, close to the train terminal and within 2-5 miles of most major attractions. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others! Made our first trip to Rome very memorable. "

"Such a shame when we chose a late breakfast on the rooftop, because it went passed check out time while we were eating the reception felt they needed to send a WhatsApp to remind us of check out, 10 minutes after the time when we had been at breakfast for 30 minutes, luggage in tow. Then more messages to remind me to pay city tax, which we of course would have done when we checked out. Made us feel rushed "

"We stayed at their apartment which is in a separate building. Super convenient for families. The Rooms were spacious, we had two bathroom and a small kitchen. The Hotel/Apartment is centrally located, with tons of excellent restaurants, pharmacy, small markets and endless stores. We walked to many of the monuments. Area is super safe and just beautiful. Comfort and Style- a great IQ stay.

"Everything in this hotel’s about comfort, convenience and efficiency. We’re so glad that we chose IQ hotel over other dozens of hotels available around Roma Termini Station. All taff were helpful and friendly. Special shout out to the guy who helped set up the sauna for an extra perk with our stay, We will definitely book again when we return to Rome"

"Just few minutes walking to the Rome Termini (train terminal). 30 mins to airport Rome Fiumicino by train. Also, this hotel is close to things to see areas. No need to take Hope-on-off (charges 25 euros) because one can go everywhere with just few euros using underground subway from Rome Termini. Walking distance (2 subway stations) to Fountain Trevi -spectacular fountain. "
