"This hotel was ideally located to the customer site I was visiting. Also a McDonald's close by..4 min walk if you fancy a cheeky burger. Also a large grocery shop Crafour beside it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was the breakfast sometimes did not have some items always available. However the staff were attentive once made aware. Lovely view of the mountains ans wow comfortable bed. "

"Great place to stay.. we stayed for 4 nights 2 adults and my 13 year old son.. the only things I’d say..!! is it’s pointless having a kitchen in the apartment, if you do not give a few more facilities for people to use.. we did not go for breakfast as we only eat small before hitting the slopes.. it’s obvious that the hotel restricts any cutlery to force people to eat there or eat out., personally I run 5 holiday rentals and would never restrict items from a property.. the place is restricted...

"The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful. Great customer service. The main building is stunning. We stayed in an annex which wasn’t as nice and the carpet was stained, nevertheless the room was very comfortable and large. Bed is very comfortable. They offer a bottle of water and tea in the bedroom which is a nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with L’ Occitane toiletries. Unfortunately we left early and didn’t have the opportunity to have breakfast which was included. We recommend this...

"Spacious apartment. Lots of storage space. Slightly small living/dining area/kitchen when compared with the rest of the apartment. Needs good of snow cover to be truly ski in/ski out. "This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."
