"Just returning from a great stay at the Diana Palace hotel. We stayed in double deluxe rooms. Both rooms were beautiful and kept so clean by the lovely cleaning staff. One thing I would say is we had one room for 3 teenagers and it was very compact for them and the camp bed more suitable to a child. The food was what you would expect from an all inclusive. Some good choices for everyone. The time limits and choices for snacks weren’t ideal. But there are shops nearby to cater for all needs....

"Do NOT stay here. Their website and all booking sites say there's WIFI in the hotel and there's NOT. It's impossible to connect wifi from your room, you have to go to the Common areas. Beverages are watered down, wine tastes like old grape juice, and juices are horrible. Worst food we have ever ate, pasta is hard, they put the chicken from the day before, no taste to it. Absolutely bland, CHEAPEST food. They have cold and old hot dogs for lunch. We had to eat our every single day, breakfast,...

"This hotel was a great value for the price. Good location close to Zakynthos old town, easy to get to via car, and a suitable buffet breakfast. The view is also incredible overlooking the bay and the town. Property is older but has charm. Would stay again! "

The breakfast was great they had meats, cheese, eggs, fruits, Greek salad, juice, coffee and cereal. Also everything is super close to the hotel and not far from the bus station."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay. We had a swim up room which was very nice. Room clean, bedding smelt very fresh. Buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was very much the same but something for everyone. Kids loved the water park. My only downside is there wasn't any Aircon in the ajoining room with the 2 single beds and it did get rather hot in there at night. Very close to the airport and you can see planes land and take off. "
