"This property was perfect to begin my holiday. From organising them to pick me up from the airport where they were there waiting for me to the friendly demeanour of all staff. It was perfect to relax and get over jet lag with the lovely walks and beautiful site with many places to relax and experience nature whether the sun was out or raining (with lots of lovely sheltered views. "Magical and beautiful place to spend a weekend. Super relaxing. Plenty of activities to do. Restaurant has great food. Our stay was a little expensive, but worth it. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the unpaved road to get to the Hacienda was full of holes and was very slick and dangerous. "

"I'm rating this 3 stars only for the frustration that the owner had placed on me over a billing concern. Between Hotels.com and the hotel owner, I was charged for last minute extra stay and last minute cancelation from the owner even after the site chat session had received a waiver directly from the owner over the phone. I followed directions to cancel via app but evidently the owner charged my card stating she's providing me a break. I understand the business aspect of it and agreement...

"The hotel was closed at the time of arrival with the family group, so we had to incur another cost of taxi transfer, after communicating with Expedia, the hotel owner communicated with us claiming an emergency, but At the same time refusing to give us lodging for the price offered by Expedia, unfortunately neither Expedia nor the hotel owner could resolve the situation, having to sleep in the airport chairs with a 13 year old"
