"This is the best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh with a family. Honestly nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they fix any issue immediately. In a chaotic city, this hotel was a welcome reprieve. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. District 7 might seem a long way from the tourist attractions of D1, but the Grab rides were easy to get and meant we slept well without the constant noise or honking of horns. "Overall it was a great hotel however the lifts took ages, it opened the faculties up to a lot of people who do not stay at the hotel. Hard to get a day bed by the pool, the pool tiles were all falling off and the pool edging was dirty and run down. The coffee served for breakfast was terrible and the machine kept breaking down. The iced coffees were disappointing. Could not fault the service and offerings at the seafood buffet, it was 10/10. "
