"Excellent staff and service from the moment you walk through those floor to ceiling glass doors until the moment you leave. Didn't love the shower (half door) design where water kept splashing out nor the very temperamental hot water but the rooms were spacious with connecting doors, the beds and turn down service made every night cozy and comfortable and the location simply could not be beat."

"Lovely hotel, and very convenient for transport links. The Milan Central station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel is very quiet and modern. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of local restaurants to choose from and they are reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. "
