"Hotel in good location, near to train , taxis and shops. We liked it is an eco hotel so recycled toiletries and suggestions of 4 min shower but they didn’t provide staff at pool bar which meant 30 people were going up and down in lift all day which we thought was odd ! Have to collect towels from reception - more use of lifts . You can’t control air con in your room which we found uncomfortable first couple nights. Cocktails were good in bar and beds comfortable. Overall good . "

"Great hotel, very friendly staff. Room clean and spacious. Outside was cold but the room was a bit too warm, we couldn’t turn the temperature down beyond 21 degrees.
