Met Martin (the general manager), when we departed, who has a pleasant personality (hint: a few of the female reception desk staff can learn a thing or two from him!). Loved the reusable aluminum water bottles, but found them difficult to open. Only other thing we noticed was quality of paper products (TP & tissues) were a bit rough. Rooftop bar is pretty chill, but when we tried to eat dinner...
