"We had a large balcony suite. Not a spectacular view - we looked over the backs of several buildings and there was construction, but likely quieter than street side rooms. Bed very comfortable and staff attentive and very prompt if we had a special request ( extra ice for champagne, etc. Palermo is nice quiet area with many restaurants close by."

"This hotel is in one of the best spots in VA. Right in the heart of Palermo. Room has a nice balcony. If you are facing the street, you will be grateful for the nearly soundproof windows. One of the best features is the staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly. A terrific moderate price range choice!"

Our trip started badly with the airline losing our luggage but the girls behind the desk were incredibly helpful and gave recommendations for where to get new clothes and where to eat and what to see. They turned what had started as a very stressful day into a great experience. "

"it is a very new building, price probably is still a promotion, nice price it was. Very green around the property, ecopark is nearby. There is no place to wait before or after check in-check out. Getting the key is a little troublesome, the staff is in only between 9 am till 5 p.m. Some improvement would be needed. No answers to the email. With all of that, I would recommend this property."
