"Overall high quality apartment, lots of space and amenities. Only small complaint about amenities was that the washer / dryer did not dry clothes. In addition, upon entering the apartment, it smelled like sewage which we traced to the bathroom in the living room area. We could not get rid of the smell and it was very gross to smell Everytime we came back to the room. The bed in the living room was super uncomfortable and slightly broken but the provided fan and AC worked very well. "

My only criticism is that in the "small print" on the listing is a 60 cash cleaning fee payable locally. It is there among the other property rules (no parties, etc.) and I missed it when I booked (my fault) but "add-on" fees like that annoy me a bit. Just include that fee in the overall price of the rental, in my opinion. But a small complaint for an otherwise great rental."

"We loved our stay in Palermo! We stayed with my husband, myself, and our teenage son and it was a perfect amount of space. We really appreciated having the AC in both the bedroom and living room areas! The porch was so nice and peaceful! We loved the area- super safe and walkable. Our host was incredibly helpful before and during our stay! And she even met us super early in the morning after our flight! Would highly recommend! "
